ExaBill is designed with your convenience in mind. It can be used from anywhere, as long as you have access to the Internet or wifi.
Therapists can be given individual login credentials making it possible for them to work efficiently from the field, their office or any remote location.

PATIENT DATA MANAGEMENT

ExaBill allows you to maintain all details of your patients at one place.
It allows you to track Auths / Scripts and IFSPs.
Patients with expired Auths or Scripts can be easily identified and viewed.
You have the ability to upload IFSPs and Evals / Reports so that they can be shared between therapists in your company.
We also make it easy for you to view a list of Inactive Patients.

REQUESTING IFSP/SCRIPT MADE EASY

With ExaBill, you can now request Scripts and IFSPs easily.
You can generate a report listing all patients for a Coordinator.
This report can be printed to fax or email to the coordinators to request Scripts and IFSPs.

BUILT-IN TRACKING

ExaBill tracks the number of Visits per Auth duration allowing your therapists to see how many Visits and Evals remain for that Auth.
This feature also alerts your therapist if they are billing for a patient with an expired Auth, or if Visits per week or month are above the allowed frequency, or if there are scheduling conflicts (overlapping time with other patients).

SUPERVISING MADE EASY

ExaBill makes supervisory tasks easier by allowing you to create goals on-the-fly for your therapists.
You can create a frequently-used list of goals per discipline, pick goals from that list or add new goals manually.

COMMENT SECTION

ExaBill allows admins and therapists to leave comments on patient records.
There is a new comment alert on the dashboard that informs the therapist of new comments.

USEFUL FILTERS

ExaBill comes to you with powerful search features.
You can search for patients by any of the following criteria:
Name, EI number, Coordinator, CFC, City, etc. You can also filter patients by expired Script, missing IFSP documents, Insurance patients, or patients not seen in the last 30 days.
You can also search Visits using Patient Name, therapist, Billing date or even Billing period.

MANAGE THERAPISTS

ExaBill provides you with a contact management system for therapists, with additional information such as number of patients on the caseload, number of visits per week can be made by therapist, etc.

ExaBill is a scalable online system that works effectively for an individual Early Intervention provider as well as agencies that work with multiple providers.

To keep the cost of insurance billing affordable to the providers, ExaBill uses a third party clearing house, Office Ally.

Office Ally is a full service clearinghouse and an account can be easily created by visiting www.officeally.com

There are no set-up fees, monthly fees or per-claim fees for electronic claims submission to Participating (P) Payers on Office Ally. For electronic claims submissions to Non-Participating (NP) Payers there is a Non-Par Fee of $35.00 which is calculated and charged per unique Tax ID + Rendering NPI combination whose claim volume is 50% or more to Non-Participating (NP) Payers (per our Payer List) in a month.

From our understanding, non-participating payers are the not for profit entities such as EI CBO, BCBS of IL, etc. Please check office ally site for complete listing.
